Shipping policy
At KB Luxury Candles, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping our 100% soy, hand-poured candles to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing & Shipping Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you of any delays.
- Once shipped, delivery time vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Stand shipping typically take 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- We ship via USPS.
- Free shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to nationwide in the US (APO/FPO/etc)
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
- If your order arrives damages, please contact us within 3 business days with photo of the product and packaging, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
- We do not issue refunds for delays caused by shipping carries.
